Skills emphasized include shooting form, ball handling, scoring moves and defensive footwork. Sessions will be high intensity and also include core strength and speed & conditioning drills. Participants can purchase a 6 session pack (once a week, though sessions can be used whenever i.e. skip weeks, attend multiple in some weeks, none in others) or an unlimited pack to come as often they would like over the six weeks.
