Player Development Program
5th & 6th Grade Boys

Keep playing in the summer and build confidence, skill and basketball I.Q. to make a serious impact next season. The Player Development Program is a 6 session program for 5th & 6th grade boys looking for an opportunity to play and improve during the summer. Sessions combine small group training on individual skill development (ball handling, shooting, footwork, scoring moves, etc.), basketball I.Q. drills (transition game, help defense & moving without the ball) and competitive scrimmages.

Players get the chance to develop their strengths and weaknesses as basketball players while also learning valuable leadership skills (hard work, communication, perseverance) that will lead to success on and off the court. The Player Development Program uses a balanced approach to make sure participants improve their skills as efficiently as possible.

Space will be limited to ensure playing time for the scrimmage portion of each session as well as personal attention and drill repetition for the skill development session. Tuition for the program is $125.
