The HS Boys Spring League is an 11 week program to help HS boys to get ready for their high school off season programs in June. The program combines weeknight skill sessions with Saturday afternoon game sessions. The program provides personal attention, positive coaching and playing time to help players build skills and confidence in an efficiently run program.

Skill Training Sessions:
  • Focus on developing all facets of your game (ball handling, shooting, scoring moves & basketball I.Q.)
  • Combine small group instruction with full court drills and competitions to create a fast-paced, high repetition session.
  • A balance between instruction stations and competitive drills and scrimmages so players not only improve skill, but also get a chance to try out their skills in a game setting under the supervision of Home Court Coaches
  • A basketball specific strength and conditioning program

Game Sessions will keep your game and attitude moving in the right direction. Home Court coaches will create a positive and productive environment with competitive teams and matchups to allow players to stay in game shape and continue to develop their skills and basketball I.Q. in the off-season. Players will be encouraged to develop all facets of their game (defense and off-ball movement as well as scoring moves).
