- Once a week Skill Sessions* for individual skill development (Mon-Wed, Mutually Agreeable Time)
*A second skill session can be added
- Saturday Game Sessions (Afternoons)
- Limited Enrollment to Ensure Playing Time
- Positive Coaching
- Focus on Off Ball Movement
- More time on Player Development than Strategy
The Fall League consists of two key components:
Players that are looking for Weeknight Skill-Sessions only or Saturday Competitive Games can register for each component seperately.
Or combine the two for the ultimate Fall season training experience (and a discount on registration)
Skills Sessions are 90 minute skill training sessions where players work in small groups with coaches on specific skills (ball handling, shooting, scoring moves, defense). Players get the personal attention and drill repetition to build confidence and skills. Sessions can be catered to meet individual players needs and goals looking towards the winter season. Players can also register to come to more than one practice session.
Sessions are once a week. 2 Weeks prior to the start of the season we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date for your skills session.
